Disconnecting stops the current MAAD connection. Revoking at the provider stops its authorization. Removing stored history, employee messages or closing an account can require a separate verified request.
1. Stop a connected account's access
In your authorized MAAD workspace, open Social media and choose the disconnect control for the relevant service. For other integrations, contact your workspace administrator if no disconnect control is available. An employee can stop the company bot in Telegram at any time; the organization's owner can also remove an employee's access from the panel.
The current social disconnect controls remove the active connection tokens and current cached social snapshot from MAAD. They do not delete posts at TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. For complete revocation, also remove MAAD through the provider's connected-app or business-integration settings.
For Google and YouTube, use Google's third-party permissions settings. A disconnected account may need fresh authorization before it can be used again.
2. Request removal of MAAD records
Email info@aronfund.com with the subject MAAD data deletion request. Include only what is necessary to locate your records:
- Your account or workspace name and the contact address associated with it.
- The connected provider and account handle or channel identifier, if relevant, or — for an employee — the organization and the Telegram display name used with the bot.
- Whether you want to disconnect a service, delete its stored reports or conversation excerpts, remove employee messages, or close your MAAD account.
Never send passwords, access tokens, private keys or one-time login codes. We may verify ownership using a limited, appropriate process. For organization-controlled information, we may need to coordinate with its authorized administrator.
3. What happens next
We identify the applicable records, verify the request, and explain the action taken or any lawful exception. Requests are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law and relevant platform obligations. This page is an instruction page, not an automated deletion form; opening it does not submit a request.
Historical chat excerpts, employee messages, generated reports, uploaded files, audit records and backups may need separate handling. Disconnecting a social account alone does not remove all such copies. Where some information must be retained for a legal obligation, security investigation or another permitted reason, we will explain the relevant limitation and restrict further use as appropriate.
MAAD cannot delete records controlled by an independent service or another organization merely by deleting its own copy. You may need to make a separate request to that organization. See our Privacy Policy for further information.
