Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Review AI outputs. Current social connectors are read-only. Customer pricing, customization and service commitments require a separate agreement.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MAAD website and any MAAD workspace made available to you by Aron Fund under the Aron Fund brand. Please also read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
If you use MAAD for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. A signed service agreement, statement of work or data-processing agreement may add deployment-specific terms. In a conflict, that agreement governs its stated subject matter; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Product status and access
MAAD brings AI conversations, employee messaging, business knowledge, reports and supported workflows into a configurable workspace. It is currently in controlled development and deployment. Broader availability, customer customization and commercial delivery are being developed; website descriptions are not a promise that a particular feature, integration or launch date is available to every user.
Workspace access is limited to invited or otherwise authorized users. Visiting the public website does not authorize access to an internal workspace. Features can be restricted by role, configuration, budget, provider approval or a specific service agreement.
A pilot, demonstration or roadmap is not a commitment to supply an unbuilt feature. A trial may be limited or withdrawn on reasonable notice, or immediately if necessary to address security, misuse or a legal requirement.
3. Accounts and organizational responsibilities
You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement and comply with the eligibility requirements of connected services. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organizations are responsible for choosing their authorized users and approved employees, granting appropriate permissions, supervising employee use, informing employees about the company bot, and providing any necessary notices or lawful basis for uploading customer or employee information. Do not access, connect or disclose accounts or data that you do not own or have permission to use.
4. AI output and human oversight
AI responses, transcripts, translations and summaries can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Review important facts, sources and outputs before relying on them, publishing them or taking action. MAAD is not a substitute for qualified professional advice, and it must not be relied on as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.
A generated draft, proposed task or queued action is not confirmation that an external action succeeded. Check the application's actual outcome and the destination service. Starting or cancelling an AI request may incur processing costs, and cancellation cannot necessarily undo an action already completed.
You retain responsibility for the instructions you give and the decisions you make. Do not ask the service to impersonate people, fabricate records, or falsely claim approvals, deliveries, transactions or capabilities.
5. Connected services and authorized actions
Integrations are optional and depend on the capabilities actually enabled. Authorize only accounts and scopes needed for your intended use. Providers may restrict, change, suspend or revoke access, and an expired authorization may require sign-in again.
Current social-reporting integrations are read-only. Connecting a social account does not activate publication, advertising, messaging or deletion. Employee messages are sent through the company Telegram bot only after the owner confirms them. Other enabled workflows may require a separate preview or approval. An authorization for one purpose does not automatically approve every future action.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms. If you use MAAD's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Telegram, TikTok, Meta, Google and other provider names remain their owners' trademarks; mentioning an integration does not imply sponsorship, partnership or approval of every MAAD feature.
You may disconnect an integration or revoke permissions at the provider. See Data deletion & account controls for the difference between stopping access, removing MAAD records and deleting content at the original service.
6. Acceptable use
Use MAAD lawfully and with respect for other people's rights. You must not:
- Bypass authentication, workspace boundaries, approval controls, rate limits or provider restrictions.
- Use stolen credentials, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
- Upload unlawful content or information you lack the right to process; infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
- Use the service for scams, harassment, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, unsolicited bulk messaging or discriminatory decisions.
- Represent mock data, AI-generated output or a proposed action as a verified real-world result.
We may limit activity that creates a credible security, legal or abuse risk. Report vulnerabilities privately through our contact channel, without accessing or disclosing other users' information.
7. Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to operate your requested service, including through relevant service providers and authorized workspace users. This is not permission to sell your private content or publish it for marketing.
You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for inputs and intended uses of outputs. AI output may resemble other material and may not be unique or eligible for exclusive protection. Rights in deliverables and bespoke development can be specified in your business agreement.
The MAAD software, branding, website and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms provide a right to use the service as authorized, not ownership of the underlying platform or an unrestricted right to resell, sublicense or use the Aron Fund or MAAD brands. Separate written terms are required for such arrangements.
8. Business customization, fees and support
Customer-specific implementation, integrations, training, hosting, support, pricing and usage limits must be agreed in a written proposal or service agreement. No subscription, automatic renewal or payment obligation is created merely by browsing this website or asking about the product.
AI processing and external platforms can have separate charges or limits. Any charges payable to us, cancellation or refund terms, renewal arrangements and service-level commitments should be stated before the paid service is ordered. We do not promise a response time, uptime level or unlimited usage unless expressly agreed.
Customizing MAAD for a business does not transfer its intellectual property, grant access to another customer's data, or eliminate third-party permission and compliance requirements.
9. Suspension, termination and your data
You may stop using MAAD and request account or data removal through the available controls or deletion process. An organization may manage access to its own deployment under its agreement.
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of material misuse, non-payment under an agreed paid service, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue or request an export of relevant data.
Disconnecting, termination or cancellation does not erase provider-side posts, reverse completed external actions or remove records that must lawfully be retained. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and any applicable business agreement.
10. Limitations and legal rights
Except for express commitments in an applicable agreement, the service is provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, third-party availability, platform approval, business growth or a particular commercial result.
Responsibility for loss depends on applicable law and any agreed business terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, warranties, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not make you waive mandatory rights.
If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Any agreed governing law, venue and dispute process for a customer deployment will be specified in its service agreement, subject to mandatory law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The version date appears on this page. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively create undisclosed charges or expand previously granted account permissions.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. For product, support, privacy or contractual questions, contact info@aronfund.com.
